Probably the second strongest build I've done to date, just behind that Angel Blaster Cleric. All this is to say, I HIGHLY recommend going Trickster on a ranged character. Ranger, with its good skills, is probably especially good for Trickster.

If you do not insist on arcane, a cleric or oracle merged with angel path and the right domains/mysteries is a good blaster too.
