Focused primarily at industrial buildings, whether single or multi-tenant, it also applies to any building that is more than 50% non-office (including retail). WebBOMA 2024 for Industrial Buildings: Standard Method of Measurement (ANSI/BOMA Z65.2—2024) is the update to the 2012 BOMA Industrial Standard. BOMA first published its Industrial Standard with the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors ® in 2001. The Industrial Standard was updated in 2004, 2009 and 2012.
