On May 7th, 1955, Newcastle United beat Manchester City 3-1 in the FA Cup Final, claiming their 6th FA Cup. A dominant force in the FA Cup at the time, many anticipated that this cup certainly would be followed by more. 70 years have passed, and Newcastle United are still without a domestic trophy since '55. Many supporters of the club had been born, lived their whole lives, and some have even died without ever seeing Newcastle lift a trophy. However, in the 2024/25 season, Newcastle United finally became winners again. This is their cup journey.
