This is video #4 of my registration workflow when working with scans that have low balance. I show how I create a new target enhanced group. I then take the new target enhanced group and combine it with the target enhanced group from video #3. The resulting combination of these two groups display BAD RMS (noise) values. I show how to perform another target enhancement to correct this issue. NOTE to Autodesk Developers: Please fix ASAP.
