WebHi, I bough Rainbow Six Siege last night on Steam - after it downloaded overnight all day today when UPlay launches it says 'there is a problem authenticating the ownership of this product. I reinstalled Uplay twice already, the same is happenning. WebApr 18, 2024 · Alright. So i bought Rainbow 6 Siege starter edition on steam. My friend downloaded it, and played the game via his uplay account but with my steam account. I asked him to try playing with my Uplay account again via my steam account and he said it shows "there was a problem with authenticating the ownership of this product".
